As for tarnish, I haven't bought it for that long, so I'm not aware of it. As far as I know, the watch stopped working six weeks ago. My contact with the seller was successful, and the sale was completed I quickly got a reply from them. To each of my problems, they responded with a coupon for Amazon, though I have not yet attempted to use the coupon.

A small crack was visible on the glass of the timepiece, otherwise it was in good condition. When I removed the protective cover that I thought was a crack in the glass, I found a crease in the plastic cover that had been placed over the watch. With the protective cover removed the watch not only looked even more beautiful but also sparkled, It was very helpful to have BoShiYa Classic Flower Women Pocket Watch (YaNuoDa) rectify the situation It has been a pleasure working with.
