It's thick and cozy. There is a size difference between this shirt and others from Free People. In my opinion, the tunic is not quite long enough to qualify as a true tunic, it doesn't cover everything in The fleece is very thick and cozy, however the original had a crew snag so I returned it & In the interests of I did not find any snags on the second sweater. It never fails to come through for FP. Despite this, I ordered the size large after reading the product description and reviews on the FP website and I'm very pleased with my decision. A size 2XL would normally fit me, but this is still baggy enough to make me comfortable. If you want an oversized look, I would suggest going down one size, and two sizes if you want a baggy look that isn't too.
I like the oversized fit of this, but I'm not crazy about the fact that it gathers every piece of lint you can imagine and looks very old after washing. My washing machine is set to cold and I hang everything to.
