The smock is royal blue and has large, deep pockets on the front where I can safely store my phone, building badge, money, and other valuables. The fabric's color is matched with the buttons. I put it in the dryer after washing it in cold water. I hung it up after taking it out of the dryer because it didn't need to be ironed. In cold buildings, the smock will keep me warm. Given the smock's low price, I was pleasantly surprised by its quality, which included thick fabric, matching buttons, and well-made pockets. It's something I'd buy again if the opportunity arose.
The fabric, which is a medium weight broadcloth cotton, is appealing to me. I like how it's roomy and comfortable without being baggy, and I like how the 3/4 sleeves cover my arms without being too bulky. The medium blue color is very appealing to me. The stiffening in the collar, which irritates my neck at times, is the only thing I don't like, which is why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 star rating. I'm not sure why they felt the need to stiffen the material because it's neither sheer nor lacking in body, and I'm not sure I'm capable enough as a seamstress to deconstruct and remove the collar. When my collar irritates me, I simply turn it inwards. Because I'm wearing it as a pajama top, it works just fine. If it were to be used for a more public purpose, it might not be appropriate. I'm hoping that repeated washings will soften it, but I really wish they hadn't put it in there in the first place. Aside from that, it fulfills all of my requirements.
This is an excellent smock for face-to-face meetings. to- During COVID-related activities, students will be exposed to classroom settings. The smocks have side pockets, a button front, and 3/4 length sleeves, and are available in burgundy and blue, which are complementary colors to most everyday attire.
My mother was looking for this exact smock for a work uniform and was unable to locate it in any retail or uniform store. She adores it because it is so well-fitting. She adores the front pockets, which are particularly deep. I went out and purchased a new one for her.
It's perfect for my job. It would have been better if there was more cotton than polyester in this, even if it was a 50/50 mix. It'd be more breathable that way.
Everything was exactly as shown in the picture. I have a cat and a dog, and I despise walking around with fur on my clothes, so I figured this smock would come in handy. The machine stitching is excellent, and there is no lining, seam binding, or other embellishments. It is simply made of somewhat stiff polyester. (After washing, the cotton softens a little). It's easy to wear because of the loose fit. $16 is the price. The score of 41 is reasonable.
I ordered a medium based on the size chart, but it was far too large for me to wear. I should have ordered a small or even x-small instead of x-large. I'll keep it despite the fact that it's quite small. I might be able to make use of it in the future.
This garment runs a little large, which is a good thing because it will fit over thicker winter clothing. The fabric is a little stiff right now, but I'm hoping it will soften up after a few washes. It'll do a great job of protecting my clothes while I'm painting.
