I would get the S if I were you. The size I ordered is S for my height and weight of 5'1" and 120lbs. As a petite girl, I wish there were two sets of snaps at the bottom because I would probably make it more restrictive, but it fits fine without them. It should be fine for you to wear a small with a longer torso. Considering the top's excellent elastic properties, it's not as if you have to order a smaller size to ensure a comfortable fit.
It would be nice to have size XL as an option.

It has been about three bodysuits I have purchased from Mangopop and I have been extremely pleased with them. Despite its thickness and quality, it's easy to work with. This is a cotton shirt, and that's very appealing to me. Definitely a breath of fresh air!
