To get the right fit, I had to order several different sizes. I even went to the Elmoi website to look at their size chart; while it was a lot of work and required a return, once you get the right fit, it's the best top you'll ever own. I went with a bra size that was close to my normal.

No, it isn't padded or mounded in any way. It's a very well-designed piece. It serves as both a daily bra and a swimsuit top for me. I've never had a better bra than this one.

behave!. This device is incredible! In a swimsuit, this is the first time I've ever felt secure and flattered! Swimwear is difficult for me because I have a G cup (what moron thought an elastic band would be any match for those behemoths?). ) In most swimwear, I feel like a wardrobe malfunction is just around the corner, and the girls are back on the loose, terrorizing the townspeople, destroying small villages, and leaving a trail of destruction in their wake. This Elomi swim bra is the third one I've bought. It allows me to be active in the water and on the beach, which I really enjoy. While I wouldn't run a triathlon in it, I'm excited to have a swim bra to use with my kids when kayaking, swimming, or playing in the sand. It provides a whole new level of support than any other suit I've seen. I've layered it with an Elomi top. The suits, which include a two-piece and an Elomi tankini, perfectly cover it. I've also used it as a water-resistant layer under Coolibar gear while kayaking. I purchased this about 8 months ago and wore it under a tank suit every day for a while. It's a little tight for the size compared to other Elomi products with similar sizing, but that wasn't a deal breaker for me (I wear a 38K and it fit perfectly). In the time I've had it, it's faded a lot, which I didn't expect for swimwear at this price point. Because I wear it under my tank, it has no effect on the function, but if I bought it as a bikini and planned to swim in chlorinated pools on a regular basis, I might be disappointed.
This item is not sized like the elomi I've previously ordered; all of my other elomi pieces have the same UK and US sizes, but this one has the US size much smaller than the UK size, which is the only size shown on the site but isn't stated. I really like the item, but the sizing is completely incorrect. I have to pay to have it returned, despite the fact that it is not my fault that they do not explain the difference between UK and US sizing when you order.

I needed a smaller band size and was excited to see this same bra in a 34 with the same cup size as the same bra 36H I purchased in a plus size.
