As it happens, I bought this suit in XXL, and I am a 38G, weighing approximately 190 pounds I am 195 pounds and 5' 3" and wear size 14 bottoms (the top is a bit tight, but fits). There is a piece on the back that adjusts, which makes it easier! It's just a matter of adjusting the girls to get them to sit right after I put it on, lol. I like the fit of these bottoms they cover my booty and conceal my lower belly quite well. It is beautiful! I love it!
The 2x that I got fits just right - I'm a 16/18
18plus is probably the best option. It would be helpful if you could measure your bust and hips before looking at the sizing chart. I found the chart to be accurate.
