The moment I got this skirt, I fell in love with Recently, I lost a great deal of weight, so now I have a lot of There's enough length on the skirt to cover up the mommy pouch and with the ruffles, I don't get a stomach bulge while actually looking like I have an ab! A large would have been a better choice according to the size chart

As it turned out, it was too big, so I returned it for a medium and it works great now! To give you a sense of my height and weight, I am 5'4" and 145 pounds.

These are not high waisted bottoms - I wanted to hide the chub with them but were unable to do that because of how loose they were. In addition, thick layers conceal the bikini bottom at the back, as opposed to being visible through the back like in the picture. This skirt has the feel of a skirt rather than a swim skirt due to its weight.

In actuality, the size chart was measured correctly, the material was nice, and it held up after it had been washed. It has a double row of the lace material, but was cut properly so that it didn't look like a tutu when it was worn. It is a great product and I will order in another.
