It's a lighter brown, for sure. I wouldn't call it olive in the least.
They are roomy and comfortable for me because I am tall. It took a while for me to get used to the tiny waist pockets, but I'm now a big fan of them - There's just enough room for my keys or a credit card, and the hips aren't as bulky.
I purchased the black pair, but I already own a brown pair in this color. It's like a cream brown coffee.

I was looking for a nice pair of well-fitting, comfortable shoes. slacks that fit like a glove In the previous two months, I had ordered four different pairs of slacks, none of which I was completely satisfied with. I placed an order for a pair of Ruby Rd. Fingers crossed for slacks in my normal size. I tried them on when they arrived and laughed because they were so large! The waist was fine, but the legs were excessively large. (That, with my knees, is quite an accomplishment. ) ) I returned them to Amazon and placed an order for the next size down with one-size-down shipping. Delivery on the same day. They arrived, I tried them on, and the fit is perfect. The waist, thighs, knees, and length are all perfectly proportioned. The fabric has a silky smooth feel to it. So that my wardrobe is complete, I'm going to order another pair in a different color. 5 stars. I'm overjoyed to have discovered these slacks and this company.
pants with a good fit They were just above the ankle, had a comfortable rise, and a good waist fit. They were a nice dark chocolate color. br>br>I tried wearing light beige shoes and beige socks with these pants, but the color of the shoes and socks stood out too much against the dark brown pants, and they didn't contrast as well as I'd hoped. br>br>I shattered the not-for-profit organization's not-for-profit organization's not-for-profit organization wearing- black- shoes- with- brown- Pants are always in style, and they look great with black shoes and dark socks. Phew. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> These pants will collect lint, so keep your lint brush handy. Also, the button on the inside of the waist band came off after just one wash, so get your sewing kit ready. This is a simple fix.
What is there not to like about this? These slacks are fantastic, and I'm so glad I bought them! I weigh 245 pounds and stand 5'5" tall. I bought a size 20W and the length was a little too long for me (I can't wear heels), but I still wore them - If I don't hike them up when I stand up, they just barely touch the ground in the back, but this isn't a big deal. They are labor-intensive. Machine washable, appropriate, comfortable, and flattering. What could a girl ask for more? Well, there aren't any pockets, but that's a minor quibble. Strange because there appears to be a pocket lining inside, but the opening is stitched in the middle, allowing one finger to fit on either side and rendering the "pockets" useless. I could cut the stitch, but I don't want to mess it up. Despite the minor issues I mentioned, I give these slacks five enthusiastic stars and plan to purchase additional pairs in the coming months as my budget allows.
I am 5'6" tall, weigh 230 pounds, and wear a size 20. These are exactly what I needed. I could have gone with the 18, but I have long legs that stick out a little too far in the back of the trunk, and I didn't want to be disappointed. If you have the same problem, these will be ideal; however, if you have short legs, you will need to adjust them.
I have a large buttocks and hips, but I wear a 22 in almost all of my clothes. Based on the reviews, I ordered a size up, and they're a little tight. In a style like this, the cost isn't prohibitive, but the fit isn't what I'd prefer. br>I'll probably buy them in different colors, but I don't like having to order a size up. It doesn't help my chubby girl ego at all!.
Okay, these are extremely comfortable, but they are also extremely loose in the seat and legs. The waistband is a perfect fit. The only pocket is a small one that is sewn shut. If I want to use it for anything, I'll have to rip it apart with a seam ripper. I'm 5'3" and had to hem it up several inches, and the bottom is very wide, but straight rather than flared, and it's not particularly flattering. Although the material is thin and does not appear to be particularly durable, it would be suitable for use in an office setting. br>br>I measured myself with a tape measure to see what size I needed. Based on my waist, I was a larger size, and based on my hips, I was a smaller size. I went with the larger size, but if I had to do it all over again, I'd go with the smaller. I'll wear them, but I'm not sure I'd recommend or purchase them again.
I rarely find a pair of slacks that fit perfectly. Finally, I used the chart to place my order, and they're a good fit - It's not too baggy, but it's also not too confining. The material is light and airy, making it ideal for hot, humid summers. I'll be able to wear them for three seasons without a problem. I will definitely buy from you again.
I bought the pants to wear to work. Unfortunately, the fabric and waistband do not appeal to me, and the pants are too long and wide, despite the fact that the color is appealing. I've bought a few more Ruby Rds. Pants have improved in quality over time, but the quality of pants purchased has deteriorated.
