I ordered an XL because I'm around the same weight, and the XLs were enormous. So I'm going back, but I'm not sure they have L. They're light and adorable, but they're far too big.

There will be no tugging and fiddling with them all day. They actually have a shape-wear-like effect on you. Not the kind of shapewear that splits your stomach in half and makes you feel like a smashed biscuit can. But the kind of shapewear that hugs and cuddles your muffin top, treats it with the respect it deserves, and smooths out the lumps and bumps your Friday night tacos and Mexican martini habit have left behind. br> br>=br>br>All of this is to say that you should get these. Without a doubt, the best $20 you'll spend today.
The tailoring on this outfit is excellent. The sizing chart perplexed me — only 4 inches of difference between waist and hips? Isn't it strange? I finally figured it out (am I really that slow?). Was anyone else aware of this from the beginning? ): They don't use the term "waist" in the same way that any other sizing chart does. They refer to the area of your body between your thighs and your hips. I ordered the Large and it fits perfectly. I have a natural waist of 29 and hips of 37, so the rise pants would come up to about two inches below your waist! I'm a little confused by reviews that claim these are leggings — could those be for a different pair of pants? My go-to outfit is definitely pants — nice, dressy pants that I can wear to work, out to dinner, or to meet the in-laws. laws.
I really like the side stripe because it adds visual interest and something different to the outfit. I'm having a hard time keeping the pants in place because they like to ride down. I'm losing weight right now, so I'm hoping they'll stay up.
These pants are made of good material, but there is a lot more lycra than I anticipated. I expected to get a stretchy tuxedo pant that I could wear to work, but the cut and material are more like leggings. They are, however, a stylish pair of leggings.
The quality and fit of these pants have pleasantly surprised me. I'm 5'0" and 110 pounds, with a narrow waist and wide hips. I initially ordered a medium, which was comfortable around the thighs but baggy around the waist and pelvis, and I could tell they would ride down all the time. I went back and ordered a small, expecting them to be too tight around the thighs, but I was pleasantly surprised when they fit perfectly all over. I also like how thick the fabric is; it hides all of my bumps and bulges.
These are very cute, and the material is thick, but the fit is strange. I usually wear a small or medium in women's clothing, and based on the previous reviews, I ordered a medium. These don't stretch much, but they're quite tight in the legs and have a large waist. I'm hoping they'll fit better after a few washes, but I'm also afraid they'd be too small if I went down a size.
Not suitable for petite women! Since my last pair of tuxedo stripe leggings wore out last year, I've been on the lookout for a new pair. I thought I'd give these a shot because they seemed promising. At 5'2" and 117 pounds, I ordered a size small, which is my usual size. They're of excellent quality, but they're far too large for my liking. My waist was fine, but my knees and ankles were swollen. I believe I could make them work if I were a few inches taller. They must, unfortunately, return.
They are super cute and light, so I gave them four stars. Regrettably, they did not fit. I ordered an XL because they appear to be leggings. I was ecstatic, but they were a little too big for me. Feels like L, but this seller doesn't have L in stock. As a result, I'll be back. I normally wear a size L or XL in leggings, but these were enormous all over. I was let down.
