The size I wear is a 8 Meds were ordered for 10. These are big, but I ordered a small, and they are tight, but I think I am closer to an 8 than a 10. So maybe an 8, you can always return one of them. You can always order one size of each and return the other.
I probably would say a medium. They are too big for me, so I bought a larger one. It's nice to have a little room in my clothes however. It would have been better for me to wear a medium as I am 5'9 and 147 pounds. It might help if you read that.

I just ordered two more pairs and just ordered two more pair. Absolutely worth it!.
I like the stretch, the pocket, the waistband, and the bootcut. I'm somewhere between 16 and 18 years old A size 18 was way too small, and a size xxl was too large. I have them down to xl size and they fit perfectly!.
I think one of my most comfortable scrub pants is this one. It was easy for the crotch of Dickies EDS pants to wear out with each new pair I bought.
