According to the chart, I would say it The 1X-size I purchased is perfect for my 5'7" frame and 135 lbs For women up to 6' and 200lb, it works well for me since it is for women with up to a 5'6" height. Stretchy and generous, it makes for a good fit. Although I may have been able to get away with the 2Plus size, I like my hose to be generous and these are very elastic, so they do not bunch. Here is what I hope will help.

As of yet, everything seems to be going well. I'm only just getting them, so I can't tell you how they will hold up, but the fit, color, and overall look are exactly what I expected and I'm very satisfied with them.
