It's not at all true! These socks are perfect for me! I have never owned socks as good as these! It makes me mad to wear The tape has to be too thick, especially if it is too thin. It is thin but well made with great heel and toe support! I love the breathable material & their overall comfort! My unused pair of heels is here to be bought even though I still have a few! It is also very reasonably priced. A long foot is part of my physical features. In women's sizing, it is an 11. They are the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever owned. You get the comfort of memory foam, but you also don't get elastic like every other mattress does! I love it!

This is the first pair of socks I have found that does not cut off my circulation. These are thin and nice, but they are a bit slippery now, but I think that's how all soft socks are. There should be grippers on all socks, I don't know why they don't. Hopefully they will last, but we'll see if they do not.
