This means you must wear it high on your ACTUAL waist (mine measures 26"). You can order a size up if you'd like your skirt to fit more on your hips. It was possible to sew the button over a bit so that it'd be a bit bigger, but as I said, size 4 = size There is no problem with the length for me as I am 5' 6" and the material is thick and soft. The dress is great and very cute. The bag is well made and very comfortable, so please remember that.

The sizing up one is cute and scratchy

A quick delivery was made from outside of the company. As you can see, I sized up and could have used an extra pinch. There is a lot of scratchiness in the material. You'll pucker your waist material in back if you have a bubble butt. I expected some give in the material, but there is none. It's cute with its color and style. The perfect costume for girls who love to dress up. Wearing it without leggings or tights for an extended period of time is too scratchy.

I usually wear a size 6 but ordered up based on other reviews, and I fitted into the size 8. The safety pin that comes with it is a bit cheesy and poky, but I don't mind it so much that I'll find another. Despite the purchase being quite expensive, I am extremely satisfied with it.

I like how it is so short that it barely covers my midriff. It was a little larger than I had expected, but I was able to punch another hole in the belt to adjust. At home I would likely just wear it to my husband's house. He loves to see me in it.
