There is nothing wrong with this skirt, it's just that it runs a bit big. In my experience, i generally buy size 4 shirts, but this is 1/2 size larger than the typical size 4 shirt. There is a good quality fabric and lining to this dress.

would like to mention that the skirt's shape is wonderful, but the size was strange and there was a lot of static electricity to contend with

Before I ordered it I didn't know what kind of material it was made of. As I have experienced with polyester in the past, I wasn't aware until I received it that polyester is notorious for static. considered it very nice when it came to the skirt's shape.
