As part of my suffragette costume, I bought this. There is a touch of stretch to the fabric, which gives it a nice fit. I agree with all the other reviews in pointing out this skirt is VERY long (44). I am 5'5 with a 30" inseam, so I either have to pull the skirt up to my bra line or fold the waist over.
