This is an excellent question. Petite sizes have a smaller waist measurement than regular sizes, about 1 inch.

Are these going to get any smaller? If that's the case, how much do you think it'll cost?

If these Bermuda shorts are washed in hot water and dried in high heat, they will shrink by 4%.

To answer your question, no, mine did not decrease in size. I have a few pairs of shorts as well as some long jeans that I've washed several times. I do, however, only use cold water to wash them.

They cover my upper legs, which I like. With a tee, you can dress up or down. Dressier top or a pair of Keds Heels on the sandals.
