A size chart is not available on the web page, but Dickie's web site lists women's 12 as 32 inches waist and 42 inches hips. An inseam of 9 inches is provided.

Walking, bending, lifting, and climbing in and out of a mail truck all day long is what keeps me outside in Texas in the heat.
