I think I've found my new favorite pair of shoes. People not invading my personal space and chewing with your mouth closed are also high on the list of priorities. The front pockets are ideal for storing half a box of alcohol pads, as well as random medicine snap caps and other miscellaneous items that you intend to throw away but forget. The shirt's softness makes it feel like an Egyptian cotton sheet with a high thread count. However, because it doesn't have enough yardage to cover the entire body, it's a pointless comparison. It covers my back nicely so that a crooked pantyline peeking through while bending over does not offend anyone. br>br>In a nutshell, I think I've found a suitable replacement for my Grey's Anatomy scrubs. If it wasn't so grotesque, it would be funny. I'd probably sleep in them after my shift if I were irresponsible.
I just received this today and I'm extremely disappointed! To begin, the image is depicted in a bright red color that is similar to a maroon or dark pinkish color. It's not even close to being red. Second, it's extremely stiff. At work, I need to be able to move around, and this material prevents me from doing so. It's also worth noting that I followed the advice of every other reviewer who said it runs small. This top is a little on the small side. I usually wear a medium in most tops, including scrubs, but I went with a large because of the reviews. It wasn't too small, but it didn't quite fit right. I'll also add that because it's almost velvety, it's the type of material that gathers all sizes. This item was returned to me. For reference, I am 5 7 inches tall with a long torso and a 34 double d. The v- The model's neck is also very constricting and not as long and deep as hers. I went to one of my local Scrub shops today and found two perfect Ops, both medium and the right fit for my body type. I hope you found this review to be useful!.
Take accurate measurements; do not under or overestimate the size unless you need to size up or down due to body proportions; mine fit perfectly. The color does not appear to be the same as in the picture. It looks more neon or hot pink to me. It's a bit of a ray of sunshine. It is, however, absolutely stunning. Fabric is of good quality. On the drawstring, I really like the flower beads. My purchase has made me extremely happy.
To figure out what size to get for this top and the matching bottoms, I read a lot of customer reviews and consulted the sizing charts. At Pink, I am 5'6" and 160 pounds, with a bra size of 34DDD. I usually wear a M scrub top, but I ordered an L because many people said they ran small, but this one was enormous. I'm guessing there'd still be enough room in the M for me to move around comfortably. There were at least 4 extra inches around the ribcage/chest, and 3 extra inches around the hips. There were two inches of extra width on both sides of my shoulders. I ordered the medium scrub bottoms to match because most reviews said they fit true to size, and they did. The two pieces were identical in color, but the weave patterns were different, in case that matters to you. I did notice that the bottoms stretched more than the top, which I believe is due to the material difference. These are in the Olive color, which is a lovely shade.
This scrub top is one of my favorites because it is made of cotton. I had the new stretch fabric, which was not made of cotton. This is very cute. . . . However, it may appear to be a maternity scrub top depending on your figure. An identical one was on a pregnant coworker, but it was a different brand; it's super cute if you have the right figure, though. br>br>I'm 5'4" and 145 pounds, and I ordered a few large tops and they fit perfectly. The only reason I gave it four stars was because of the mention of maternity scrubs, which I had never considered. It's well-made, as are all of Koi's cotton scrub tops and bottoms.
I'm 5' 1" and thought the XXS would be fine, but the rest of the top was a disaster, even though the shoulders fit perfectly. That, I believe, is due to my petite stature rather than a flaw in the top. The shirt was untidy even with the waistband cinched. It was also extremely lengthy. The quality was excellent, and I believe this would be an excellent top for women who are not petite, but it just didn't work for me.
So, I've been wearing Koi pants for a long time and I really like them. I had to get this dreadful blue for a school clinical, so I figured I'd at least be comfortable in it. Of course, the top is well-made and will last a long time, but it does not perfectly fit my proportions. I'm 5'5" with a large chest, so the medium size is perfect for me. barely. My chest, on the other hand, appears to be tortured and restrained against its will. But, to be honest, the length is my biggest issue. Maybe I'm just weird and prefer long scrubs, but once I tie the side string, the bottom poofs out a little and sits just above my hips. So, before I bend over to put on TEDS or whatever, I have to pull my undershirt all the way down so I don't moon any other patients. I ordered a large size in the hopes that my chest would take up too much fabric and cause the top to not hang as well as it could, but I'm having the same problem. It's just a little bigger. Basically, I just appear to be boxier, and the top is still too short for me. My 5'1" friend, on the other hand, looks like a million bucks in this top (size xsmall), despite being extremely thin. br>br>In the end, I decided to invest in some Grey's Anatomy scrubs for clinical. We'll be wearing them for 12 hours five days a week, so they should be comfortable.
This is something I really wanted to like. The fabric is of excellent quality, but it is too thick and stiff, similar to that of a khaki jacket. I wish it was a little longer in length. Although the empire seam was a little too high, the shape is lovely. At WHBM, Loft, and Ann Taylor, I usually wear a size 6 (sometimes a 4) because I am 5'7" and 32DD. My waist is a little smaller, and my hips and thighs are a little wider. I bought a medium, which was too big for me, and a small, which was too short for me - made me appear to be too busty, but the hips were just right for me. It does result in a pleasing shape. br>My suggestion is to use a lighter, more flowy fabric, remember to leave room for a bust and hips, and to move the empire waist down an inch and lengthen by an inch. I liked how it could be cinched without being maternity!.
