Steel has a dark grey color to it.
The indigo blue is a little more vibrant than the navy blue.
Because I'm a 38D and weigh 200 pounds, I bought a size 3xl top. It's a little baggy, but I like it that way. I'd recommend ordering a variety of sizes and returning the ones that don't fit.
I'm not sure I'd put too much faith in pictures. Twilight is very similar to royal blue but a tad darker, so as long as they are from the same brand, they should match. When you compare Twilight and Royal blue, you'll notice a significant difference.

I ordered a Small Tall for the pants because I prefer them a little longer, and they fit perfectly.
" The "active" tag on the back between the shoulder blades is my only gripe. I can't tell you how many times coworkers have tried to remove it or informed me that I have a sticker on my back. Aside from that, it's a favorite of mine!.
My waist is a little smaller than my hips, but I still have some cushion in the front waist, lower abs, and thighs than I do in the chest. Normally, I'd opt for a Large-sized garment. Tops are available in XL. This fabric is slightly stretchy, so it isn't as tight as most scrubs, but it does have a fit that accentuates your curves. So I ordered a large and it was a little too tight on the arms and a little too fitted on the waist, so I went up to an XL and it was the perfect fit. If you normally wear an XL in most tops but aren't too chesty, I recommend getting an XL, but if you are busty, I recommend going up a size. It's a junior fit, so it's tight around the chest but loosens up as it gets closer to the hips.
I work in a hospital, and since the outbreak of COVID, I've been wearing scrubs in patient care areas, as recommended by my boss. I used to work at a job where I wore Grey's Anatomy scrubs, and I remember them being very comfortable and fitting well. So I decided to order more Grey's Anatomy scrubs, which I have done in the last few weeks. br>Finding the right sizes has been a real challenge for me. I'm the same weight and size as I was ten years ago (5' 7", 130-140 pounds). The tops appear to be much smaller than the bottoms (135, 36B). I ordered a small in this style, and it was way too tight in all the wrong places. Other styles I ordered in small and they fit fine except for being a little tight in the chest/armpit (which is strange because I don't have a particularly large chest), but I can live with that. In other styles, I ordered a medium. One of them was a good fit, but the others made me feel like I was drowning. It was extremely inconvenient to place so many orders, wait for them to arrive, and then return them all. It's preferable to try on Grey's Anatomy scrubs in a store before making a purchase. The only other issue is that some of the lighter fabrics are see-through, in addition to sizing inconsistencies. through. Aside from that, they're decent scrubs.
In women's shirts, I usually wear a medium or large, and in scrub tops, I usually wear a medium. I have large breasts, which makes scrub shopping difficult, but this top gives me enough room in the breast area without being too tight around the waist, and it also has some room in the belly area. The sleeves are a little looser than the other Grey's Anatomy top I have made from the same material. This top's length is also appealing to me.
The only issue I have with this scrub top is that it has an "active" tag in the center of your back. It's not particularly large, but it gives the impression that you've got something on your back, and everyone who sees it assumes you do. "You still have a tag on you," I've been told by several people. When I first opened it, I assumed it was going to peel off. I like how it fits and will continue to wear it, but I'm not sure I'd buy it again. I have several Grey's Anatomy scrubs and enjoy how they fit and wash, but the "tag" on the back is inconvenient.
In that top, I wear a large, and in this one, I wear a large. It has a little stretch to it, and the neckline isn't too low, which I like. I work as a veterinary technician and spend a lot of time outside in Houston. This top is a lot cooler than the mock wrap, which I really like. It truly wicks sweat, and I'm much more comfortable as a result. I usually wear a medium petite pant, but because I have a large chest, I need a large top. The top is a little long for me, but that's okay because it's not that different from the other style. For the ridiculous tag logo on the back of the top, I deducted one star. It's an unusual setting.
This top has a lot of pockets and is soft and comfortable. My only gripe is that it is difficult to remove. Because I have broad shoulders, it was difficult for me to get the shirt over my head by wriggling my arms out of it. Putting my arms straight up in the air was the only way I could remove the top. It was excruciatingly painful for me. In the end, I had to return the top. I wouldn't suggest it if you're broad. It'd be a fantastic top if you're petite in the shoulders.
