Are these silky materials or 100% cotton fabrics ?

Cotton. Above the ties, there is a small amount of elastic. Because they're made of cotton, they'll show signs of wear after a few washes. The pattern begins to fade and the items begin to appear old.

Is the scale of all designs the same?

It's similar to the previous one, but with an adjustable rope at the back that can fit most people's head circumference.

What is their manufacturing location?

I'm not sure what I'm saying. I threw away the bag because they didn't have a tag on them. However, the Amazon page states that it was sold by Raymangle, who appears to be from Asia.

I bought these from Covid primarily to keep my hair out of my face and to use the mask buttons on the side of the cap, as well as to keep myself from sweating under my faceshield. These are fantastic hats! I also own four other hats from this company. Only one has shorter ties and rides up on the top of my head a little, but it's otherwise ideal for nurse work.

The design is adorable

I bought the blue, unicorn, and owl set. The blue cap is a size S, while the other two are closer to a size M. I really like the design, and I get a lot of compliments on it. Great quality, but the hem edges curl up after being washed and dried, so keep that in mind (maybe wash on low temperature or hand-wash only?).

Wife has come back

She's used to cap tops that are a little more form fitting. Wife expressed her dissatisfaction with the amount of space available on the top. She's used to hats that are more form-fitting. She didn't require all of the additional space on the upper level.

Sizing that isn't consistent

Beautiful, but the sizes are all over the place. They differ slightly in size from others I've purchased before; they all fit well, but the larger caps are my preference. The material is both strong and light, which I like. What I don't like about some of them is that they don't cover my ears, making me appear to be a conehead.

She's lovely, but she's a little too frail

That's all I have to say about it. I adore the designs. My hair will not stay inside the cap due to the thinness of the material. When I wore scrub caps, I always put my hair up in a loose bun because my hair is slightly below the shoulders, but this did not work. I'm a COVID ICU nurse, so I had to remove it and replace it. These were a huge let down.
