My calf muscles are extremely tight

1 pound (almost) and 130 pounds The physique is athletic. I went with the Small size. The top is a bit big, and the pants would be fine if they weren't too roomy in the thighs and too tight in the calves! I just didn't think it was a good fit for me, but I'm curious if anyone else has had the same issue. Even in a larger size, I would not buy this style again.
