This was purchased as a prop for a movie. It was neatly folded in the packaging when it arrived. It's made of a thicker, heavier cotton, so it doesn't feel thin or cheap. There is no need to have it altered because the size is perfect. Because it's a stiff cotton, it's naturally wrinkled, so I'll take it to the cleaners to have it pressed. Keep this in mind when you're on the road. If you don't iron, you'll end up with a lot of wrinkles. The length is appropriate for my 5'2" frame. It's nice that there's enough room for my name to be embroidered on it. There are quite a few pockets. I almost regret ordering something of such high quality only to have it serve as a prop for a speaking engagement. For a true medical professional, it's of excellent quality.
This is the lab coat for you if you want to spend hours ironing your lab coat only to have it stay wrinkly. In all seriousness, I'm in acupuncture school and have owned a couple of lab coats during my time there. This coat is by far the worst; I'll move the coat even while ironing, and new wrinkles will appear on the section of the coat I just ironed. I'm a student at an acupuncture school - I don't have time to iron my lab coat for hours. br>br>On the other hand, the material is thick and comfortable, and the coat is well cut. But I don't want to appear as if I'm wearing a wrinkly cotton trash bag. This coat should be avoided like the plague. br>br>I didn't expect it to wrinkle so badly when I got it in the mail. It became a wrinkly mess after only being washed once. I'd like to return the coat, but I'm unable to do so because it has been washed.
Love it. It shrank a little when I put it in the dryer on high, and it now fits me better. Love it. It's a lot nicer than the super-thin polyester ones.
It gives you a more professional appearance and makes you feel more confident. br>I like how deep the pockets are, and how thick and high-quality the material is. It's a little long for me at 5'5", but that's not a big deal. I'm sure I could have it hemmed at some point. I originally ordered a medium, but it was too big on me all over. So, if you're in between sizes, go with the smaller one.

I placed an order for a size 6. I changed my coat completely. Size "S". The pockets appear to be large and square in shape. As shown in the photo, the chest pocket is not hidden. It's quite long, with arms and a waiting period thrown in. Instead of curving, just go straight down. This coat appears to be that of a man. I'm very angry! This was exactly what I needed for the next day!.

My main issue with it was that one of the snaps ripped off the coat after about twenty minutes of wearing it. It's still snapped together, but one side isn't attached to the coat any longer. I'll put up with one snap not working in exchange for $25, but it'll be inconvenient.
100% cotton with large pockets but delivery took much longer than expected. It was mailed from the United Kingdom to the United States, as far as I can tell.
