At Women Within, I usually wear a 30/32, which is equivalent to a 3X. Depending on the fit, I order a 5X or 6X from the site. I can wear either, but the 5Xs are a little tighter in the arms. These shirts are stretchy and forgiving, but because they are made of a thinner fabric, they will show lumps and bumps if not worn with a camisole underneath.
These shirts come in a lot of different colors, so you have to be careful which ones you pick because it will change some of the other features.
As a mother who breastfed, I don't believe it's that stretchy!
It's made of a combination of 2095% rayon and 5% elastathan.

I'm 5'4" tall and "stout. " I usually wear a plus size 28 or 30 top that was made for a woman in the United States. I went with a size 6x for this fun shirt. It's roomy enough, but any smaller would have been too tight in the arms and clingy in the body. I like it because it makes me look cute, but the sleeves are too short and cling to my shoulders. I washed it in the machine but dried it by hanging it up as instructed. That method resulted in no shrinkage.
This shirt wowed me; it's roomy and long, which is exactly how I like it. I usually wear a 3x (26-26-26-26-26-26-26-26-26-26 I'm 28) in tops, but due to my large arms, I went up a size to a 4x, which is perfect! I was so impressed that I ordered another one! I would strongly suggest it.
The fabric is soft and stretchy, and it appears to run true to size. However, while I like this type of fabric and have several shirts made from it, it does have one flaw: If you spill anything on it, even water, you'll get a dark spot that won't go away once it dries. (Of course, washing takes care of the stain. ) ) So, be careful what you eat and drink, lol.
My wife purchased this top, and this is what she had to say about it: br>I was concerned about the size chart indicating that I needed an XL because I'm normally a 2X gal and a plus size woman, standing at 4'11". The size chart was accurate, and I'm glad I went with the XL. It has already been washed and dried. It did not get any smaller. The color is stunning, and the fit is ideal. It's also extremely comfortable. I've already washed it twice and it came out looking great (I hung it to dry). br>For reference- I'm 5'4'' and weigh 230 pounds, so I went with a size 2x. It's designed to fit like a tunic should.
It's a little longer than I'd like (I'm 5'10" and it still hits my knees), but it fits well around the waist, which is the most important factor; my only complaint, and the reason I gave it four stars, is that the sleeves could be a little wider. I frequently find myself removing them from my armpits. It would be a five-star rating if the sleeves were made wider to accommodate plus-size arms.

This top is one of my favorites. 5'9" is my height. 300pds. I placed an order for a size 5x. It's a little baggy, but it's plenty big enough to cover my stomach. It's lovely, and the fabric is ideal for summer. I also like the fact that the sleeves cover my upper arms. I'll order two more pairs, but in a smaller size. YES, this is a top that I would recommend.
