There is nothing better than wearing this coat in the winter. The weather is often rainy and cold where I walk my dogs, so this coat is great for keeping me dry and It's so nice how the sleeves have an inner lining that goes over the hand and with a hook and eye at the top of This hood is quite roomy, but it's hard to get it tight. The cap tends to flip off my head more often in the wind when I am not tightening it enough. The fur lining keeps the snow from falling directly on my face, but it does a great job. Each pocket is deep, wide, and angled in a way that makes it easy to access without being concerned about spilling things. Taking it all into consideration, it's a great coat at an excellent.

I love this coat, it fits very well and is an excellent price. It turned out to be a better color than I anticipated. Columbia coats fit me in an extra large despite the fact that I normally wear a large. The height and weight of my body are 5'2 and about 165.

I say that it is just the right weight so a person won't become too hot in the frigid winter temperatures but, at the same time, not too heavy that wearing it too long might Columbia products are true to size this one does, too-- It covers both my arms and torso adequately since I have long arms and a long torso. My favorite jacket is olive green, and I managed to find a very reasonable price for it. I wasn't overly impressed with the color, but once it arrived, it appeared to be brown and I like the fact that it won't easily show dirt! It comes in quality materials and construction, and I have every confidence that it will stand up to many winters.

I bought it for a trip to Alaska I was planning in January. As a result of wearing this jacket, I kept In all honesty, it might even be too warm. We spent some time in high-altitude areas during our trip With the jacket on multiple occasions, I sweated THROUGH it during activities such as skiing, snow shoeing, mountain climbing etc. It was obnoxiously warmer than usual during this time of year, since the average high temperature this year was 20 degrees. In addition to wearing a lightweight baselayer and jacket, I had a fleece on each time I could have layered more responsibly by omitting the jacket. Although we spent a lot of time at night viewing the Northern lights, the jacket was great in cold weather and did represent good value for money. armpit vents, sleeve pockets, and internal mesh pockets, as well as the armpit vents, were my favorite features, which improved my experience greatly. It helped enormously to keep me cool by providing armspit vents. A zip pocket on the sleeve was a useful feature that allowed me to conduct the germ-free checks of my bags and wallet without having to open my bags and wallet. When I traveled to the airport and along other routes, I carried my ID, credit card, and hand sanitizer in the pocket. In terms of its look and features, this jacket was really appealing to me. The construction is excellent. I nevertheless put on the jacket and went out- it was 26 degrees and there was a breeze, so I could feel mildly cool through the sleeves and body parts of the jacket. It would be nice to have a warm coat so I could This won't make me 30 so it won't work. It's designed as a ski/ snowboard jacket basically, and may keep you warm if you are very active when wearing it. As I liked it so well, I thought maybe it had a looser fit and returned it to try getting the next size up - so I did. A price increase of $114 to $230 has taken place! What the heck is going on there? Thank you, but no thanks!.

It is an ideal size for the coat. It would have been more appropriate to size up one size for sweatshirt space rather than two. As a return visitor to Columbia this winter, this is my second trip. The first one I sent back was because the zippers got caught in the fabric, and then after a month and a half, the main zipper started coming unzipped. The only option I had was black, so I figured it was a fluke. The zipper, however, is already loosening at the bottom after about one month. A maddening event.
