No, these bras are only good for lounging around the house or sleeping in because they provide no support. They are very comfortable, but you might want to spend your money on a well-made sport bra that is designed for high-impact activities. I hope this has been of assistance.
I'd rate these as a medium, but don't expect full coverage. The material is pleasant to the touch, but there isn't much support.
Increase your size as much as possible. I bought a 3XL because I'm a 36 C. I ordered a 2XL but had to return it because it was too small. They're comfortable, and they don't appear to be particularly large, so I'm not sure why the sizes are so disparate.

These had an unusual fit, and my initial reaction was to return them, but I decided to give them a try. To begin with, the pads are a joke; I ordered 3X because the girls are fairly large, but the pads are tiny triangles that do nothing. I had a set of full-size pads from another bra, so I took out the tiny triangles and replaced them with the full pads. What a difference there is. I was able to wear this bra all day because it was light, comfortable, and had nice shaping thanks to the full size pads. The wider straps are comfortable, and they did not roll on me. Because the pads are not shown in any of the pictures, be aware that if you order these in a size larger than an extra small, you will need to replace or remove them. I would gladly give these more stars if the manufacturer used pads that were proportional to the size of the bra instead of an extra small pad in an extra large bra that does nothing. I've decided to keep the bras and only change out the pads.
34C. I purchased a medium, and they are perfect! Underwires, hooks, and hoops are all things I despise. These are not only supportive and keep things in place, but they are also extremely comfortable! I've washed them a couple of times and they're still going strong!.
The image is self-explanatory. The majority of the colors were close enough, but the dark purple was the one I really wanted. I photographed the bras I received in the same order as the advertised image colors, then edited the image to match exactly what I see in real life, before placing the listing image in the corner of my image. The fifth bra from the left should be purple, as you can see. HA! It has a puke-brown color to it. The 'nude' color, on the other hand, has more yellow in it, giving it a more 'jaundice' appearance. The red is magenta, which I prefer. However, you might not be able to. (It's worth noting that the blanket they're laying on is a faded lavender, not white. ) It's not worth returning, but it's an unfortunate first-world problem - They rush to produce as many items as possible while ignoring quality control. And, yes, they stink like a demon. Always, always, always, always, always, always, always, always, always, always.
I like how the cups are shaped, how wide the straps are, how soft the fabric is, and how the colors are chosen. The cost is extremely reasonable. The pads are large enough (as seen in the photo), but they fold up easily inside the cup. I removed them and will no longer use them. Even without the pads, the cups provided enough shape, at least for a small person. There are some that are suitable for everyday use as well as for low-impact sports. These would be suitable for walking but not for running, for example. I usually wear a small, but the mediums are too tight for me. I'm 4'11" tall, 105 pounds, and typically wear a 34A. I'm going to place a second large order. UPDATE: I went with a large and it fits much better. If you're between sizes, go up two or three.
Last year, I ordered similar bras in a size XXL. These appear to be smaller, or perhaps they haven't been stretched! I ordered an XXL, which is snug but not too tight. My body type is 38D. When I'm sleeping, running around the house, or at work, I put these on under my scrubs. They provide adequate support and are extremely comfortable for me. They are easy to clean and maintain. I take out the padding and wash it with the bra, not in the bra, because these aren't cotton and can sweat.
The product is of high quality; I did, however, order a 3XXXL size. It's a Lg to XL at the most. However, I must accept responsibility because I did not check the sizing chart until after they were received. In any other brand, a 3X would be too big for me. With the summer humidity, I have to say that these provide me with the support and comfort that I require without making me feel restricted throughout the day. I would have given it five stars if the removable thin padding had been a little more substantial. I usually wear a medium to large top, so I ordered a large and it fit perfectly. It wasn't too tight or too loose, and it kept me feeling like I was barely there all day. They came out great the first time I washed them.
