The medium fits better than the small I normally wear, but I bought it after reading reviews that suggested going up a size. This was a good decision for me. During my review, the only complaint that I have is that the leg holes are a bit small for a thick-armed woman I prefer to have the sleeves covered to keep them off my thighs, but not to the extent that they dig in or make it uncomfortable to move around or play in.
