The top that we returned was worn by my daughter during the 8 month old baby's first month, so we discovered the openings did not suit my daughter. It is probable that my daughter would have washed in the washer and dried on a rack. There's a bit of rayon in it.

I gather the idea is that you shift the short in order to center it over the breast you wish to feed from. I only see one hole/slit for nursing and it seems to be in the center of the chest. This design feels awkward and I intend to return it. I did not try nursing through it since I intended to return it. Though I like the range of colors this top offers, I'm sorry to hear it's out of stock. Despite this, it does run a little large, so consider sizing down if.
I bought another one after I loved this shirt for nursing so much. I like that it fits appropriately at the top (not snug, and not flowy or loose). It flares out around the belly area, too. I love this top because it hits below the hips and looks adorable with leggings. It works great for postpartum bellies, too. Despite its softness and stretch, the material is not bulky. Don't worry, you won't regret your decision. Follow the size chart and you'll be fine.
Shirt is true to size as described by some reviews. It does not have a single hole as described by some reviews, it has a V shaped neckline for easy access to all the goods with a very flattering drape-like design which gives this shirt its designer look. I ordered an XL and the shirt was true to size. My height is 5'7" and my weight is 212 pounds. Wear it with leggings since it is long enough. Having just given birth, a postpartum body will find this material extremely supportive. The problem is that I like to be able to carry my son on my hips and when people move the flap, everyone gets a glimpse of your cleavage when you are breastfeeding. As well, the material isn't good at allowing moisture to escape, so it can get hot inside. Those two reasons were the reasons I gave my review a four-star rating.
I would not recommend purchasing this item if you plan on wearing it out. The flap will blow up in the wind and all eyes will be drawn to your bra. The material is very soft, flowy and forgiving of postpartum bodies but I would not recommend it. It is barely long enough to fit over my arm with a size 2XL! The size was so small that it was difficult to try it on and I was not prepared. A real pain in the rear. In order to fix this, I found that tucking in the front of the shirt can give it a stylish twist while keeping things closed and classy.
