I'm 150 pounds, 5'2" tall, and 36C, so I ordered an XL, but they were too big, so I should have gone with a large. I hope this information is useful.

No, I wore them at the end of my pregnancy and find that they aren't too baggy now that I'm postpartum. Because they're so stretchy, they seem to bounce right back.
That's correct. It is not, however, padded. It provides light to medium support (I'm a C cup right now).

I went with a medium size. The fit is snug and comfortable (it hugs all flaws and makes them visible). In terms of support, thickness, and stretch, the shelf bra is similar to a sports bra. The shelf bra has a wide, soft band that keeps you in place while you're active. My reusable nursing pads are also held in place by it. The straps can be crossed and are adjustable in the back. The straps are a comfortable width that do not fall off the shoulders. The length is sufficient to cover my buttocks. However, I usually gather them in the middle and don't pull them all the way down because, like other tanks made of this material, they will ride up or roll up at the bottom. I use the clips as a base layer because they are easy to clip and unclip with one hand, and I like that they keep me covered if I lift my top shirt up for breastfeeding. I put the tanks in the dryer to dry after washing them. They didn't sag or fade in any way. These tanks are not padded, and there is no place to store pads, as advertised. When I use other brands of pads, I find that they fold up during breastfeeding, making them more trouble than they're worth. At the very least, as long as I'm still feeding so frequently. Without nursing pads, the outline of my nipple is visible. I prefer tanks without a separate shelf bra for sleeping because they are more comfortable, but they offer less support for daytime activities. My only criticism of this product is that the straps have a scratchy end that irritates me, but I believe it will soften with washing and use. These come highly recommended by me!.
They aren't cotton, to tell you the truth. They're incredibly supple. This photo was taken when I was 33 weeks pregnant, and you can see how it completely covers me. Pre- 220 lbs, 40 degrees, xl-pregnancy 16-inch xxl shirt 18 pants. My boobs aren't particularly large, and this fits me like a sports bra, so it muffles them. I washed them, but because of other reviews, I hung them to dry, and no unraveling has occurred. I wish I had ordered an XXL because I'm worried the boob part will be too tight once my milk arrives. We'll have to wait and see. In general, a fantastic purchase!.
I prefer them to nursing bras for nursing mothers, but that is purely a matter of personal taste. PROS: br>br> br>•easy to adjust (once the straps are adjusted, they don't slide or loosen)br>•easy to clip and "unclip"br>•thick but breathable materialbr>•not see-through br>•keep their color after washingbr>•provide a LITTLE bit of tummy controlbr>•comfortable to wear all daybr>•comfortable to sleep inbr>•long enough to completely cover torso while nursingbr>•if leakage occurs, the material dries quicklybr>•material does not stainbr>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>br>b br>•If the shirt isn't pulled over the hips, it can roll up (this isn't a big deal; I just wanted to point it out).
I purchased these tanks to replace all of my shabby nursing bras and tops. I just put on one of these and a regular shirt underneath-- To nurse, raise your head. It's a whole lot better than putting your boob through some ill-advised apparatus. imagining a zipper hole in an already-existing garment I was able to return to my regular clothes in this manner. br>br>I purchased a set of regular tanks as well as a set of lace racerback tanks. They differ slightly in ways that aren't visible in the photos:
- The lace racerback has a full shelf bra on the inside, front and back, which gives it more support than a regular tank, but it is bulkier.
- Regular tank has elasticized portion under boobs rather than a proper shelf tank, which means it's a little less bulky but offers less support. br>Overall, I'd say these two are a tie, though I prefer the lace o es because they're just cuter. br>Both styles are extremely long, in my opinion far too long, and would be extremely difficult to shorten. They're both durable, stretchy, and comfortable. The clips are in excellent condition.
Pre- I was a size medium in tops during pregnancy, 155lbs, 36B bra, and 5'8"br>After baby, I am still 5'8" and don't know what bra size I am (I do know they have doubled, I am exclusively nursing) because I haven't tried on a bra since giving birth (8 weeks ago). I now weigh 175lbs and can wear size large and medium t-shirts. (Depending on the brand and style) a shirt I bought the large size of these tanks and have been living in them since the birth of my child. When I'm at home, I just wear the tank, and when I go out, I throw on another shirt over it. For me, this method has proven to be extremely effective. br>They fit perfectly, and the sizing is perfect. I suggest ordering a size up from your usual size. baby. The shirt is long enough to cover my baby belly, to about mid-hip, which I like; the material is soft and stretchy, and it offers a little hug, which is great for post-baby belly! I wish I'd known about these when I was pregnant with my other two children!.
I deducted one star because the description does not correspond to the product; I double-checked a few different tops to ensure they were padded tops. It was clearly stated in the description that it was padded with removable inserts, but this is not the case. If you had any extra, there was no place to put them. However, I gave it a four-star rating because they are so comfortable. They feel amazing because the fabric is so soft and nice. They have a slight compression to them, which I like (they're not body sculpting or anything, but they do help to smooth things out a little). The straps are a good thickness (not too thin or bulky, supportive), and the snaps appear to be very durable so far. I'd buy these again, even if the padding was missing!.
