The shoes are very soft, but it seems as though they weren't completely finished inside. There is a huge gap where the heel of the shoe should be, giving the shoes a really uncomfortable feel. It's like I love them and want to keep them, but if I do, I will need to take them apart, add material, and then sew them back together again just to be able to wear them.
