Over the last year, I wore them multiple times to Disney world. It is very comfortable, and my feet never got tired wearing them. Splashing on them will keep them wet since they are fabric. The only time it bothers me is after I run through sprinklers and the bottoms feel squishy for a few moments. It does not ruin them, however. In addition to the beach, I wore them all the time.

Moreover, I have fat feet, which makes it impossible for me to wear "usual" sandals because they are always too tight on me. Consequently, flip flops are usually the only option I have, and they are not always the best choice when it comes to my outfit or circumstance. This sandal is perfect!
