I haven't had it long enough to say whether it rusts, but I have taken precautions such as taking showers and hand washing. It's adjustable and doesn't feel too bulky in my hand, which I like.

The gold on this is obviously fake, giving it a cheap appearance. If you wanted to wear it on your ring finger, the open sizer would be fine, but I wanted to put it on my middle or index finger - I have long, skinny fingers (size 7) that look terrible when stretched open to fit.
