It is very stressful for me right now. It has only been a few weeks since my husband passed away. It is a beautiful vase in which to put his ashes and I ordered it because it seemed so suitable. Just a few days ago, I discovered a hole in it from where the heart used to be. When I filled it for the first time, I noticed it was gone. Upon opening it, I found that it did not come with a funnel for filling it or instructions for opening As a result, she was in a lot of trouble. I had to contact customer service to help her. A chain broke randomly as she was floating down the river and the pendant fell off into the water. My explanation to her was that this should not be worn every time instead, it should be kept as a memento. I'm glad she learned her lesson and I'm sure I'll be able to help her out with another one, but take note. Now she is on the lookout for a new one. Buy a few ashes in it to use it as a decoy but don't buy it, it isn't worth the price of.

These (6) were available to my mother in six different colors. Last night, she called me to let me know she's thrilled. A year ago, her brother died and it was difficult to locate his remains. She is the youngest of a household of Her sister hadn't known about these so she was overwhelmed by the sentimental value of these beautiful necklaces. She loved it. Having this beautiful necklace as a birthday gift pleased my sister very much. It is nice that she can display it in a visible spot even though she does not intend to wear it or carry it around. Ashes were placed in the pendant with the help of a tiny funnel that came with it. I cannot comment on how the process of putting ashes in the pendent is going to work since she did not yet have the ashes to insert. It would have been nice if it had.
