It has been my favorite pair of pants for all my adult life because of the loose fit, the deep pockets, and the ease of cleaning. Buy the white models, but not the black or navy ones. This is what these two colors look like after they have added too much spandex. Wrinkles form when they come out of the washer and they will continue to lose dye every time they are washed or ironed. A pair of jeans looks old and worn out after five or six wears. It is already designed to be very forgiving of body flaws, so these pants aren't going to be any different.

I first tried the regular fit 18's since I wear a size 18. Despite being a little tight in the hips and bottom, they were okay. It was then that I discovered the 18Ws and they became my favorites. As long as the hips were a bit more generous, I had just the right fit.

I have an hourglass shape that gives me a plus. My hips are pretty big, which means that almost all plus size pants that fit my hips have some gaping at the waist. These pants have really good side elastic. Being able to wear pants that match my body type is pretty nice.

When I buy clothing online, I have trouble finding just the right fit, so generally I hesitate to do so. Whenever I purchase an item, I wait until I have the item washed, then I see how the fit is. When I wore them as "new" pants, they were a tad long, but I managed with Due to the shrinkage factor, the waist was a bit big, which was good since they will shrink after washing. When I washed the pants, the length was shortened just to fit before washing, and the waist shrunk just as I wanted for the size I needed. The truth is that these are not something I would like to wear. Due to the fact that the fabric is rigid, they make a huge amount of noise walking down the hall. A great deal of chafing is caused by the inseam. Their unflattering and uncomfortable design makes them unattractive. The jeans I ordered are too large for me, as they are the same size as the jeans I wear. They'll be at the thrift store in no time.

It's been years since LL Bean offered pants like these with pleated front and elastic back, but they are no more. It seems like the only style they offer now is a flat front style, which is too similar to men's A pleated elastic waist style was carried many years ago by Penneys, but it has since been It was Amazon that led me to these and I decided to check them out. In addition to being a bit long (which is easily fixable), they also fit much better than the discontinued LL Bean ones due to the elastic on the sides that makes the pants look smooth. It would be great to have the original material back! The original version and the current, less desirable version of these pants have been in my closet for quite some time. Despite being retired, I still wear them. I wore them when I taught and now I do now that I am Although I ordered medium length pants and they were correctly marked as medium length, they ended up being 2 " longer than the other Lee elastic side pants I currently own! Hemmed them because they were too long. You should have done something by now if you had any interest in taking note of the complaints you've heard when you changed the fabric. The current fabric wrinkles and attracts dust. I was able to pull the original out of the dryer wrinkle- and lint-free. It is always a problem when these are washed frequently because the dark colors fade. We haven't changed anything about that. (Usually) I like the fit, so I keep purchasing these products.

For the first time since I have bought Lee jeans and casual pants for women in a women's long, I will not buy any more Each of the pairs of socks had a stiff and very rough fabric Similar to what you would find on outdoor chairs! My attempts at softening the fabric failed, no matter how many times I boiled it. In no time at all, the fabric had become very wrinkled after being washed according to directions. They had never had that problem with any of their pants or jeans. I was unable to wear this item because the side elastic at the waist was so stiff and rough that it rubbed my skin.
