It'll just about fit a 5-inch phone in there. 5 x 2. 8 inches (including the case) slid in the wrong way. The lack of or small pockets in most women's pants is a source of irritation.

In terms of fit, Lee's 20w is a standard 20w for a 49 1/2" - 51 1/2" - 51 1/2" - 51 1/2" - 51 1/2" - 51 1/2" - 51 1/2" - 51 1/2" - 51 1/2" - 51 1/2" - 51 1/2" - 51 1/2" - 51 1/2" - 51 1/2" - 51 1/2" - 51 1/2" - 51 1/2" - 51" hip. I'm guessing "medium" refers to the rise (the distance between the crotch and the waistband). Pants that are designated as "low" or "low rise" have a waistband that is below the belly button. Medium rise would be just above the belly button but not quite to the waist, which is how my capris fit.

I'm pear- I'm pear-shaped and have a hard time finding pants that fit, so I was ecstatic when these fit right out of the box with no alterations! My waist measurements are 35" high, 40" low waist/high hip, and 48" hips, with the majority of my width in the lower portion of my hip (no saddlebags). These were ordered in a size 16W and fit perfectly, stretching out slightly as I wore them. br>br>The fabric is light and airy, but not so light as to show lumps. These have just the right amount of stretch and support to make my lower half look smooth. The waistband is a little tight, which I like, but if you have a lot of pooch in your middle, you might get a muffin top. The knit waistband is quite wide, and it does stretch out a little with use. Unlike other knit waist pants I've tried, the knit waist on these blends in with the rest of the pant, making it difficult to tell you're wearing one. Grats to non-violent communication! clumsiness! I don't mind using a snap rather than a button because it's a solid snap that hasn't come undone and is, frankly, a little easier to deal with than a button. br>br>The seams are generally strong, and I haven't noticed any signs of wear or tearing. I washed my pants on Low and dried them on Knit/Delicate. The pockets are fantastic; I can fit my entire Nexus 5x in the front pockets, and the cargo pockets on the sides are fairly generous if a little short (I can't close the flag with my Nexus 5x in them). Finally, the only reason I docked a star is because the fabric is lint-resistant. magnet. I bought the black ones and find myself lint rolling a few times a day because small fibers seem to cling to the fabric. I still recommend these, but I'd like to see a less linty version.
My expectations weren't high to begin with because I'd gained weight and had a lot of trouble fitting into pants. I wasn't sure if these would work the first time I tried them on. Later, I wore them around the house after trying them on again. Ahh! The enchantment of spandex! These are made with just enough spandex to stretch and mold to your body. The only issue I have with them is that when I sit, the waist folds over and they occasionally unsnap. I'm to blame for the waist folding, but a button instead of a snap would have been preferable. Regardless, I will most likely purchase additional items.
Ladies, this elastic waist band is almost the same size as the pant, so you'll need to wear a belt, and it's not a stretchy band. I spent the entire day at work yanking them up, which isn't good. It's as if the elastic has lost its elasticity or has been stretched to its breaking point. I'm hoping I'm explaining this correctly because it's a big deal to me. I don't like belts, and I work in the food industry, so I can't have my capris yanked up every time I bend over or walk (for that matter). Lee Riders is a middle-of-the-road type of artist. Capris with a rise skimmer cargo that don't slide down when you're doing something. The fit is good apart from that. It's a good length. I trust I was of assistance.
They're just right. I'm in the middle of a size range and sometimes can't decide. I usually wear an 18W, but a 16W fits me better on occasion. These were purchased in size 18W because it better matched my measurements and fit perfectly. The fabric has a little give and stretch to it, making it comfortable to sit or stand in. They do wrinkle when they come out of the dryer, so ironing is necessary. Capri pants can sometimes be too narrow in the leg, but these are roomy enough for us W size ladies. When I bought them, I wished they had more pairs in my size and in different colors. I would have purchased more, but I needed them for a trip coming up, so I went with a different brand.

I like how it fits. Because I have a brace on my foot up to my knee, the length, just past my knee, is ideal, and the waist is partially elastic and very comfortable. I don't have a "muffin top" because the pants come up just past my belly button.
