I'm not sure. These, on the other hand, are the best water shoes I've ever had.
The bottoms have a non-skid surface. tenacious- The footing on the rocks is solid, but it can be tiring if you're standing still for long periods of time; however, if you're constantly moving, it's a great option. When I go in and out of our inground pool, I wear mine in garden beds with river rock and other landscaping rock.
I'm not sure how thick it should be, but it shouldn't be too thick because it's comfortable and quick to dry.
I'm usually a 7 1/2 in women's shoes, but because my feet are a little wide, I went with a 5. 5 for men, 7 for women, and they're a perfect fit.

An easy fix is to adjust the top to a good length and tie a knot in the bottom/front of the laces and cut them there, so you don't lose the hard thing. And if you're ordering them, I usually wear a size 9 in women's clothing, so I went with a size 8. 5 because some reviews recommend sizing down while others recommend sizing up! Everything is perplexing! I had to cut down on my size! I'm returning these and moving up to a 7. Please see my photos for more information on the laces and their sizes; I hope this information is helpful. br>It's also worth mentioning that! The soles work well in both gravel and sand, as I discovered in my garden. The yellow inserts are also very squishy, making them feel like a real shoe rather than just a water shoe!.
I have plantar fasciitis and needed something to keep my feet safe while clambering over rocks on my river treks. This is exactly what I needed. They are extremely comfortable and easy to put on. They held up well during a hike through the woods and up the side of a mountain to a waterfall. I needed to cross a river, and the fact that the shoes didn't absorb the water was fantastic - They dried quickly, which meant I didn't have to change shoes or walk around in soggy sneakers like the rest of my party. After that, I wore them for the rest of the day and went on a few more short hikes over rocks and rough terrain with no problems. I'm always afraid of slipping or falling on smooth surfaces, but these have a good grip and keep you secure on your feet, so I feel comfortable wearing them on uneven or slippery terrain. They're so nice and comfortable that they're perfect for lounging around at home. They're also adorable and unique in appearance. I normally wear a size 10 in sneakers, so that's what I ordered, and they fit perfectly.
But I suppose that's how water shoes should feel? Because I'm a half size (in between sizes), they're a little too long, but if I tighten the laces and tie them, the water shoes stay on quite well (if I went down a size, my toes would rub up against the front of the shoe, so I'll stick with what I have). They don't rub when I walk, and I believe the wide-toed shoes are to blame. This is made possible by the area feature, which allows your toes to spread naturally as if you were walking barefoot with each step. The water emptied through the honeycomb holes in the shoe's insole and out the holes in the sole as I jumped in and out of the pool. I ran around in wet shoes, stopping abruptly on the pavement without slipping. Surprisingly, they have a lot of traction. I'm very particular about the shoes I wear on my feet, and these water shoes are perfect for me. For me, this is a win!.
I can paddle for up to 6 hours at a time in my kayak, and this shoe is flexible enough to be close to barefoot, so I can put my feet in any position on long trips. Because the sole is solid, my feet do not get wet when I launch or exit from the water's edge. The shoe opens wide for easy donning and closes tightly with a velcro strap. Although there is little support, it is adequate for short portages or getting you from the boat to a better pair of walking shoes. I'm dressed in number eight. Size 8 in a size 5 women's athletic shoe. The number five was excessive. Size 7. 5 was the perfect size for me, and I could wear it barefoot or with a thin sock for added warmth.
I ordered a size 7 because they're so adorable. I usually wear a size 8 and have wide feet, so I was hoping they would fit snugly and not fall off in the water. These are a little baggy, but I'm hoping they'll stay in place on our upcoming trip to Hawaii. They are comfortable and do not rub in any areas, which is a plus. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: Hawaii was our home for ten days. I wore these almost all of the time. Swimming in the ocean, hiking through lava tubes, and hiking around waterfalls were all possible with them. The only issue I had was that the sole isn't very thick, so my feet got a little sore when walking on sharp lava rocks/trails. These were ideal for this trip and I would strongly recommend them. The fear of them slipping off in the water was never an issue; they stayed put and didn't rub any sore spots on my feet. They're also quite cute, in my opinion.
