It is pretty, dainty, and very feminine. You can layer them as shown, or use them one at a time. Despite the price, the quality, for the price, is ok, 14K gold plate is present. It is very important to be careful when wearing gold plated jewelry, avoid soaps and other chemicals, and take it off before showering, swimming or bathing. * If you take care of this jewelry, it will remain beautiful for a long time.
The mirrors are shiny and sparkly, but not so garish as to be gaudy. There are 12 mirrors so you can layer them to your taste. In addition to looking great as a standalone piece, each necklace looks great paired with other pendants. Tangling has not been an issue for me. Definitely a must-have for any collection.
As for the necklace style, I've seen it on people with the same neck/chest shape, and mine is slightly twisted or lifted. I am in love with these. There is a sparkle to the gold tones that reminds of 14k gold, making these pieces very classy. It's hard to choose between the three designs. I particularly like the beaded one and the hammered disk. I would like to shorten the length at the top of my cleavage, but I can figure out how to do so. The necklaces in these layering pieces usually only look good on 1 or 2 of the pieces but this set has all 4 pieces that look lovely. Having purchased this item, I am very pleased with it.
