What is the difference between a gold chain in the description and a silver chain in the picture? Would you mind telling me what it is?

There is a silver chain on this necklace that I ordered. A 9/2020 order has been placed.

Size of the bag what is its length, height, and width? Have you noticed there are different responses?

The dimensions are 16" width x 9 height x 5" width. I love it too.

Can you tell me the length of the straps from the shoulder?

It has an approximate 12 inch drop from the shoulder to the bottom of the belt. A good fit is achieved with the straps.

Shipping is not as shown ordered one and a replacement and neither look like the picture here for over $300 I would expect it to look like the picture here very upset with them.

These beautiful purses and wallets are well made and very attractive. I don't like the fact that the price was changed after I had placed the order. The item could not be added to my cart three times. Each time it went out of stock. The order was accepted on the fourth try, but at a much higher price. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from the company.
