I would have preferred a large, however the mediums were better suited to my needs.
It was too big for me despite my size 36B and 150 pounds. A small would have been fine but I got a large as recommended on the size chart. You can't go wrong with the xtra large.

It's so wonderful to love so much! Ordering workout clothes from Amazon, especially sports bras, was a little scary to me. It is difficult for me to find the right bra, let alone a sports bra, for my 36DD breasts. Since I have received them, I will never go back to my previous provider! My favorite thing is that I can get 3 for the price of 1! I love them! In addition to exercising in them and washing them, they seem to be holding up just fine. I like the fact that there is padding to cover your nips as well. These are very cute because of the cross straps in the back. Although I was hesitant about the size, I know myself and how my body fits, so I went with a large and it's perfect. Having it in place keeps everything in place, so I'm not bouncing around like crazy.

These are great for the gym and the L is perfect. Having the padding is a must. Over my workout clothes it provides more support and it is less noticeable if it gets chilly (you know what I mean).
