The size of my breasts is 36DD-33DD The reviews of others prompted me to buy this bra. Because I have DDD and am hard to find bras that I don't spill out of. The following is some additional information about me I'm 5'7" and 170 lbs, and I have It doesn't have as good compression as an XL, but if I had gotten an XL I wouldn't have had as much spillage on top. I got a size Large and there is some spillage on top (I got a size Large). It is helpful to have the pads inside, however I remove them myself. I like as much as anything about the material of this bra it is so comfortable and smooth! However, as a woman with a larger chest, I would not necessarily run in this bra, but I have that problem with almost every bra. I like how it provides good compression and coverage. In addition to being flattering, they are also really cute! In addition to the workouts I plan to do, I will update this review once I have done them. However, I'll probably buy more colors based on how I feel about them so far! It is recommended at least once to try one out if you don't already own one! A quick update Having worked out in these a variety of times, I find them to be really comfortable. This is something you must have! The black and white pair I purchased was on sale I instantly fell in love with the color white. This material has a really rich and thick feel to it. There are no bunches of padding in this area. The low top is flattering since it has a bit of a low cut but it isn't too much.
