The bras have a lot of stretch and offer minimal support, so I wish I had ordered the smaller size. Ordering a small gave me a bit more support than if I had ordered a medium. The size 36C is what I wear. It is a little tight on my traps, but that is because I have a good deal of muscle definition on the area. They have padding now because, if they didn't, you could certainly wind up with a nipple. Although their fabric is a bit sheer (I can see the padding when I have on a bra), the straps are firm and stable. There should be even more colors and patterns available so I can choose all my favorites! As a 36C I got the large size, the pants fit perfectly. The pants are extremely comfortable and offer great support during light workouts and running. so luxurious and soft, I am so in love with it. You can prevent those pesky back rolls from spilling out with the style of a racerback bra. You can remove the padding for more discreet coverage, but it is not overly thick so that it shows the obvious outline, unlike Sports bras like this are the best I've ever worn.

As other reviews have mentioned, these bras are very stretchy, but if you have a wider back, I would stick with your normal size. I usually wear a medium in sports bras due to this, but I got a small in these due to It would have been better to go with a medium now. I'm definitely still going to wear them despite the fact they are quite a bit smaller. There are times when I get annoyed by them under my armpits. Sweat shows on them and they show through the material the very white padding inside when I wear them. Unless you do not care about those things, you shouldn't get them for the gym. The only time I wear mine is when I work out at home.

I have not found this to be true to size, and it's much would have ordered it again since the shape is good and the fabric is soft and medium stretch, but it did not fit me as an 1X and it was definitely too small

The leggings don't provide super support for high impact training, but I'd highly recommend them for daily wear and comfort! I got them to match the tank top, so I have every matching piece I need!.

It is best to order a size up, but definitely keep them in place while you are running! I was not expecting the girls to be so snug in it, but it keeps them in place just fine! The ones I have aren't big, but after losing 100 lbs, I have had a hard time keeping them in place
