The material is light and clingy (jersey knit like), although the hemline is a bit higher and the hemline is not asymmetrical. I buy the black one for my postpartum wardrobe. As I go to this one before my other ones, I am getting a few more in order to have them for the first week or two. The little books I found these days are exactly what I was looking for when I had my seventh baby. I highly recommend it.

I love that it is comfortable and loose, yet it is not too loose as to be I like how easy the buttons are to unbutton and I think this would be perfect for nursing. In addition to my original order of black, I just placed one for navy blue tonight. As soon as the gray returns in the XXL, I'll put an order in for that one too.

A super soft material! My favorite part of this nightgown is how soft it is. No matter how heavy or how light it is, the metal is usually just right. Despite being 5'4", I am short enough that the length hits me about the calf area. While I can easily nurse in it, and still feel comfortable around my family, I don't feel overexposed when I wear it.

The size small I ordered fits me well at 36 weeks pregnant. The clothing does not fall loosely. Since this material is thin but soft, I would suggest getting a size up unless you like loose-fitting clothing.
