Yes. It's a good size. I’m 5- I'm usually a size 12 in clothing. I ordered a size XL to ensure that I had enough length and space.
Both the front and back are the same length. It's great, but it's a little small for me. As a result, go for a larger size.
I got the xxl because I'm a DDD and like my nightshirts to be extra roomy. Depending on your chest size, an xl would be plenty roomy for you.

I'm 5'4" and 135 pounds, and the medium fits me perfectly. It's a very comfortable fit, and it's exactly what I expected. I could have gone with a smaller size, but I preferred a looser fit. It's made of a soft material. The majority of night gowns these days aren't made of overly stretchy material. It's neither too light nor too heavy.
I went with the extra large size just to be able to wear it loose. This is after one wash, and I could have gotten a large and it would have fit perfectly. It's extremely comfortable and soft! It was well worth the expense.
I really like this nightgown, but it runs a little big. I bought it for our 11-year-old son. Because she's tall but thin, I figured a medium would suffice (smalls aren't available). It was, however, far too big for her. I'm 5'6" and 190 pounds, and this fits perfectly, so I'm keeping it. However, the medium nightgown is more like a large/x-large. a big size - Size down without a doubt. Except for the tag, it's very soft and comfortable. It didn't shrink or bleed after being washed.

I like how it's see-through (as are some of the nightgowns I've bought), and I like how long it is. It's exactly what I was looking for. It has a nice length and is made of a soft material. Wearing it also makes me happy, similar to my old football jersey from years ago. If there is one in red, I might order another one later. The grey and black version is what I have.
