It's for me, a 44B. I purchased the 2X/3X because I am a 2X/3X. Since you have more cup sizes, I would assume you will need sizing similar to or higher.
Size 36 B and I bought a size L/XL and the fit is very tight around the hips.
No idea. I ordered the S/M and it arrived as a XL. I had to send it back. I apologize for not being able to help.
My recommendation would be to get the large/xl, but you might be able to get away with the small. can fit both but the lg is much more comfy, as I am the same size as both

There are these. The socks looked exactly like the picture and the sizing was perfect. Normal size for me is 3x/4x and the 2x/3x size is perfect for me. There are no bulges in the back. It does not have an underboob or a sideboob. I have never been more pleased with a purchase than I am with this one! As you read reviews, consider whether or not you should buy this product I promise you that you will not regret it! It won't disappoint you (from a skeptic).
The only thing missing is a bigger cushion, which would make this product perfect. Very easy to embellish. My next purchase will be more of them. The bralette has a great soft handle, and the support can be added with a sports bra. The bralette provides excellent support and I often practice yoga and pole dancing when wearing it.
