Despite its size, it is easy to crunch up or sit down without having to struggle with it. In fact, I even took out the bottom half of the hoop because my dress was too wide to wrap around it nicely.

It is made with a delicate material, but with proper care it should last you a long time. It has velcro and strings to you can be secure it is not going to fall off. There is some construction at the very bottom that could have been better, but this is not a big problem. Putting a skirt over it will fix (the fabric flips up strangely). With regard to price, it is a very low price compared to other hoop skirts. In terms of quality, it is very good for the price. It is a great product and I will be buying another one at some point in the future.

Hoopskirts are ideal for all kinds of last-minute needs. They take up very little space and are very easy to store (fold it in half and store it in a plain shipping box instead of a magnetic one, for example). I am 5'1" and the elastic had to be raised much higher on me, but it ended up giving me the results I wanted. There is more of a bell shape to it than a full cupcake effect, but it does a great job and is still holding up fine after several uses. The silk can be supported by it, but as your fabrics become heavier, the less support it can provide As this wire is on the thin side, you might want to get something stronger.
