The cotton is 100% cotton and I like it. When compared to jeans that have stretch material in them, these jeans stay cool. The jeans are lightweight cotton, but I wish there were a little heavier material for ranches and outdoor enthusiasts like me. I beg you, Lee, think about going back to a NATURAL WAIST, especially for plus-sized women. It's the last thing your underwear or butt crack needs to be visible in plus sizes.
