You will not be able to stretch this because it is not leather. If I were you, I'd just fill it up with heavy things to stretch out the wrinkles. There must have been a problem with the packaging, as mine arrived in great condition

As soon as I saw it was actually shipped in a box large enough to hold the purse itself instead of being folded up in a shipping bag, I knew it would be good. In order to prevent the purse from being crushed it was packed in a protective bag and stuffed with paper. It was protected with plastic coverings on the hardware and handles. Since there were no unwanted folds in the purse, it did not require me to set it up with more packing material so that all the folds would come out. It has a very slight chemical smell, but I am sure it will go away very quickly like other reviewers have stated. Despite my concerns about purchasing another purse online, this company did an excellent job of giving me a quality product that exactly matched the picture and description. They will be my first choice for future purchases. I just want to praise the shoulder strap one last time. This bag is supportive and has a fabric on the bottom part of the strap for a much more secure fit on my shoulder. They did a wonderful job in the design of the purse even though I had no idea that was something I wanted. All I can say is I hope they are going to make them in all the other colors too!.
I purchased this bag in March of last year. It still looks brand new after all this time. So far there has been no wear and tear. It's the only app I use every single day.
