Water does not soak into the material, but if the zipper is completely submerged, water may seep in through the fabric on the zipper. When I wore it on my back, I didn't have any issues with rain. However, it is not completely waterproof.

This backpack purse has a 13-inch longest length. 78 inches, but a macbook is only 13 inches long. 3inches. We try to stuff it in the backpack, but it barely fits. I would say no, because I believe it would tear if you carried a lot of books. It's possible if it's notebooks and a folder.

It appears to fit a lot of things while remaining light. I chose to wear a backpack instead of a purse. Because I had so much stuff in my regular purse, it was starting to hurt my shoulder from carrying it on my right shoulder all the time, and I'd have to constantly readjust because it hurt from the weight, I decided to get a type purse. br>br>I decided to go with the "anti-" one. This purse was perfect for me because I'm always worried that someone will go into my bag and take things without my knowledge, so it was perfect! I only keep things in the smaller front pocket that I don't mind losing or stealing because they're easily replaceable, such as tampons, pads, and gum. lolbr>br>It's great that they have pockets on both sides; that was something I hadn't expected. It's convenient to have a mask on hand, as well as my cell phone if I'm not feeling paranoid that day. haha. I didn't think I'd like the little dangling thing, but I think it's cute and it completes the purse; I removed it and it didn't look as good. haha. As a result, I decided to leave it turned on. br>br>I am extremely satisfied with my purchase! If I get stuck somewhere and am bored and don't want to be on my phone, I will definitely bring my manga, sketchbook, and possibly a notebook.

People won't be able to open your bag because the opening is on your back, but they will be able to open the front pocket because it is right there. It's inconvenient to have to remove the bag to open it at times, but it's well worth it. It is waterproof, but I have a stain on it that will not come out, so I'm not sure what it is. After about a week or two, the little furry thing broke off. I think the string wasn't strong enough because I tried to pull it back on when it first came off, but it happened again. When you order the bag, you'll also receive a free air freshener.
Love it. The inside pockets were the only thing that I didn't like. They're extremely flimsy and don't hold items in place very well. When I reopened my bag, I always found my lipstick, eyedrop, pen, and nail clippers at the bottom, which became annoying over time.
