Since I purchased this to use as a work bag, I wanted the bag to hold my wallet, phone (plus), leftover lunch container, and perhaps a pair of heels after my long walk to work. The bag is of true size, but the top does not have an open mouth. Since I cannot even widen the mouth to the size of the interior of the bag, I'm really constrained by the amount of stuff I can store in the bag, even to the point where it overflows. For the rest of my belongings, I want a tote bag that is larger than the bag that I'm keeping as a purse. The quality fabric and construction of this bag is excellent, but there is a size constraint depending on how you intend to use it.
I like it a lot! As soon as I saw the purses in the store, I liked them. My purse is lightweight and has an adjustable strap so I can wear it crosswise while shopping and have it on my body without worrying about it falling off. There are a lot of compartments here that I like. The cases allow me to store my reading glasses and sunglasses without having to take up any space inside the bags. There is also an inside compartment in the flap that I like. It is my practice to store things I do not use often. It's really a pretty color scheme. If I were to buy another one, I would.
As a SakRoots fan, I have owned three of their purses and always loved them all. Compared to my previous ones, the colors on this one seem to be more vibrant and there is a larger area inside. The picture of the bag is so bright I wasn't sure I wanted it as the color seems like such a rich red. I like the purse a lot. Good quality seems to have been achieved. These are just the right size. I am not looking for a large purse, but I want more than a small wallet size. The colors are lovely. A zipper opening on the inside of the bag allows for deeper pockets. I appreciate the fold-over design with a nice lining inside. There is a small zipper pocket on the exterior, so I can only use it for keys, as the space is too small to store my phone there. It can be worn cross over or as a shoulder bag because the strap is adjustable. There are several little charms that add a nice touch to this piece. Though I feel it was a bit pricey, I believe it is a well-made and stylish bag.
