With all the stuff stuffed in this bag, it doesn't balance well because the strap is attached in an awkward way. During Chemenway's review, he showed the strap connecting on one side at the back and on the other end at the front. In order to distribute the weight evenly, it needs to be set up this way. Having both attachments on the back of the bag causes it to tilt, and you get the feeling that it will soon crumble under the pressure. In my ignorance, I neglected to pay attention to the photos Baggallini provided. Interestingly, Chemenway's photo also shows an inner hook for keys, but mine doesn't have this. If the purse is stuffed to the brim, it's difficult to get to things if it's filled to the brim. It has been pointed out that the small zip compartment on the front zipper section is not used for anything. There is enough room for my cell phone, but it is tight. Baggallini of this style have previously been purchased by me four times. It has changed to an unacceptable state because of the features. Returning the bag is not a big deal for me.
