The answer is no. The purse I bought was for a wedding, and it is really pretty, so I really hope I like it. It was, however, the bane of the evening when this purse was confiscated. I had to use it as a clutch before I had even gotten out of the church (FYI - the chain broke before I even left the church) Despite the extra chain (which I did not have with me), it does come with an extra chain. Normally that wouldn't have been a problem, except that how about NOTHING holds on to it and won't close reliably. Here are the three things I had to do I keep my phone, my car key, and a tube of lip gloss in my purse. I was forced to carry the phone separately since the purse was unable to close with the phone stuffed inside. even then, it wasn't even guaranteed it would be able to It took me wrapping my shawl around it to keep it closed because the latch was uncatchable. It is not worth all the trouble.

We are disappointed! I got this really cute clutch, but when I opened it, I found it was full of remnants of someone else's The toothpicks and mints were still inside.
